Get suspicious then. 116 is actually pretty solid for being the most viewed video, basically because of publicity. If you check the stats you can see Evolution got 147k+ followed by 183.3K because in the height of all the hype, 130+ k was normal for Evolution.
Oh, and as for this video - its already removed from the charts for cheating, so the fact it had more than the others at one point didnt mean anything. 18 Million in 2 weeks? Yeah, no respect for the numbers on this video.
